Early Spring cleaning, and trying to craft! It's funny how I think we're doing Spring cleaning, when it just snowed here in Charleston SC two days ago...first time in 10 years. But, at least we're cleaning!! The craft room...it's a mess, as usual! But, I've been playing with beeswax and crayons and anything else I can find. I recently purchased Claudine Hellmuth's Beeswax Collage DVD..lots of fun! and although my picture is nothing as pretty and neat as Claudine's, it was fun and what I was feeling at the time. Sometimes, you just feel dark and sad. Beaten down by this world and tired and stressed out! This is my piece...Titled "Damsel Not Damned" I wrote along the side of it, but it will probably be covered up by a frame, but still...I'm a Damsel, not Damned-On my head I wear a crown ~ It's tarnished and tilted and I like it this way ~And my heart, it exploded and melted away~ I'm a Damsel not Damned~ I like it this way!
