Random Stampings

So much too do!

Doesn't it just seem like there is never any time to do all the things we want (or need) to do??
ugh...I spend most of my free time goofing off...not paying attention to my chores...laundry, cleaning..cooking...or surfing blogs and splitcoaststampers! But, you only live once right?
Tomorrow I'm taking off from work, gonna get my hair "did" and waller around in the time
that I have! Ok, I might actually fold some clothes, or clean house...the dogs need a bath seriously!
SO,here are a couple of things that I've made lately...a sweet card for a baby shower...I did the
cracked glass effect on it...it was fun! and I love the image..

I also did  a card for my  boys' father's birthday...Using GinaK's stamp.. these are really sweet images.
and, I made a tag with the Cosmo Bella...on a mini drink shaker...popped in a mini-bottle of Absolut...talk about a fun little gift...the girls were all wishing it was their birthdays!

Some cards...Finally!

ok..so I finally made some cards!! And, I have a few that I made to send in for publication, but guess what??? Yep, I forgot to mail em...stupid...anyways, I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th!! Time to go back to work tomorrow, and actually I'm ready! Weird...I hardly ever say that. So, I did a few Amuseapalooza challenges... this one is from Michelle's polka dot challenge..too fun I tell ya! and this one is from Helle's color challenge...I drew a line to make the Life is Good saying look like a kite...and I used Versafine ink on both cards along with Copic markers, spica markers, and some pearlescent chalk on the wheely girl grass and sky... and here's one I did for Kim over at MFT...she just turned the big 40....still she's younger than me by two years...so that's a good thing for her!! The next one is a Great Impressions stamp....Amuse sentiment and I used water color paints to color it in. Popped up the same image on top of itself to give it some depth...Viola...a beautiful card. so summery..and lastly, a seashell card using Inkadinkadoo sand dollar stamp..love it...I masked it off the make it overlap...and I used some blue MS vellum that I found in the clearance section of Michaels....tore it to mimic the waters edge and at the top I use some clearance ribbon and I made seashell brads by hot glueing the shells on top of regular brads. I just love this card..it was the one I was sending in for using the masking technique...but, it's a pretty card anyway...sniff...LOL. that's it for me...I'm going blog hopping...see ya later!! {click the pics to make 'em bigger}
