Man I wish this month was over already!I am just dying to see all the new stamps that will come out!You just really can not have too many stamps...right? This is a card I made from
MFT stamp set called Think Pink...Breast Cancer Awareness...Sisterhood....It's paper pieced, which means that you stamp one image on plain colored card stock and then another on your patterned paper or papers, and then cut out the elements that you want to insert on the plain image. It's like paper dolls, only more versatile.Awesome fun!!

So, I got in my first order from The Cat's Pajamas, and I love them! I thought I'd ordered the BIG pack that "started it all", but I think I was bein' thrifty! Which rarely happens, so now I have to order again! But, that's ok, cause I'm having such a great time with them. They are totally cool and retro!  and these little guys, are they cute or what? love 'em.  ...And the cat..what's her name? shoot, I'll haveta go check, but she's super cute and sexy too!... See her dirty   thoughts when she sees that HOT dog in his canoe?? She really wants him...the last image is from Imaginisce...the sentiment is fro MFT's twisted sentiments... they are a hoot...go get 'em...you can hop over to either of these sites via my sidebar...go spend some money. get creative!

almost a 3 day weekend...what to do???

gee,I can't believe it's almost here...a 3 day weekend!!! Wowzie..what to do?? Gosh, I wish I could go somewhere and shop..maybe get some stamps, although I just ordered way too many!! I absolutely could NOT help it..it's not my fault!! Really, why do they have to be so damn cute..it's a necessary evil! a must have..more than food for the children or other misc. items like paying the bills..Just kidding, I pay most of my bills. Anyway,recent purchases have been from The Cats Pajamas and GinaK..alot of the new releases..hey it was my first purchase from her site, and I had to make a good impression!! You know the color of the font makes me think of a lovely little shabby beach cottage! I just love reading Mary Kay Andrews books...there are a couple about Savannah GA...so funny..good reads. They make you wanna go to the beach and then go antiquing and then just shop around... Savannah Blues and Savannah Breeze. check them out. Happy Blogging today if anyone reads this, and get inspired, do something that makes you feel good whether or not it means anything to anyone else or whether or not it's important to the world..do it just for you!

So, I've been playing this weekend, with some Bellas, so A Muse, and other stamps too. I hate (love) that I read everyone's blog, and they have such awesome cards, and then they use stamps that I don't have, and then I've gotta have them! Ugh, my Finacier' I mean Fiance' is just gonna kill me..hopefully not..but there's always the chance. He came in the house on Saturday from a long bike ride...and he said, " I'm thinking, The Cat's Pajamas!" haha, apparently, he got a message really quick on his Crackberry that I bought some stamps from TCP!! ok, so I paid with them with his paypal!! A girl can't

help herself right? He shouldn't give me his codes if he doesn't want me to use them!! So, here are a few that I did, I wanted to send a couple in for a contest, so I don't know if I can post them on my blog..drats..but, I doubt I'd get picked, cause I haven't been stamping long, but I try right?! The first one is from Valentine's Day...for my Honey!! I love skulls for some reason! and the next is from A Muse, I think! the 3rd is from Elzybells...it's blurry cause I punched out acetate and put over it!! the 4th is from Crafty Secrets and 5th...well, that's my Honey...The sweetest Man evvvvahhh! and the last is a cute little BooBoo box I made for a friend's school nurse for teacher week...too cute!
